Consilium Plus was originally conceived around a Fractional Advisory Board: access to experienced counsel, expertise, resources, and relationships that a business may not have inside its own organization.
Good counsel challenges assumptions, uncovers opportunities, exposes risks, and brings missing expertise into the conversation. It can help develop strategy and put that strategy into practice.
It can also prevent a decision that looked promising before someone asked the harder questions. Sometimes the best decision is not to do the thing.
